Hi
I have a problem loggin in. I write my username, my password and nothing happens at the first time. I have to log in like three times.
Also, the "Log me on automatically each visit" option doesn`t work for me, about like two weeks ago.
i don`t know if I`m the only one with the problem.
Thanks,

Maybe we have an IT expert in the forum who knows about web technicalities and who is willing to give support this time?
If anybody at all is up for the challenge... For what it's worth, I don't have this problem at all.
I use Safari for Mac. |

OK.
I've thought about it for a few minutes now :p
I am not a web expert, but I guess that the problem is not in the server of the forum because not all of us are going through the same - so I guess it relies on the web browser (Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari, Mozilla, etc).
I don't know how to address the problems in each browser because I don't know a lot about coding, and most main web browsers aren't open source anyway. Also, the ones who can get info on this issue from the server provider are unlikely to respond (soon enough, anyhow), so here are my non-professional suggestions:
1) If you are in love with your web browser, upgrade it (get a new version. This means that, if you have version 6.1 and there is a 6.2 or more available, you should get that one). If you've upgraded and it doesn't work but you REALLY love your web browser, downgrade it (get an old version). You should be able to do this online for free (and legally, especially when upgrading).
2) If you really don't mind what web browser you're using or at least you don't mind changing it, change it. For example - if you have Internet Explorer, you can download Firefox instead.
To make an informed decision on this, you can read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_web_browsers
I hope anyone finds that useful, or that at least you guys will find a solution for that. |
