I'm referring to pivot with trunk at the horizontal and free leg up, the 7F pivot. You can't combine the penchée flex with other shapes than pivot 17I.
So my question is about execution. Are gymnast allowed to perform the pivot 7F on flat foot? |

What is the value of the pivot at 1:13 and how do you write it? |
I would say that she writes CCCCCCCCC = 2,7. |
from what I saw, she performed 8 complete rotations only.. the first rotation was not counted, was it?
so I'd say CCCCCCCC = 2.4
But, as a fan, we all know that she used to do nine rotations in ball and rope _________________ Click here to download my mixes.

You only add 0.2 per extra rotation on top of the 0.3 base. Therefore..
.3 + .2 + .2 + .2 + .2 + .2 = 1.3 _________________ http://www.youtube.com/Tahnee2612 |

It depends on what your country decided - in Australia, all levels except Junior implemented the new GCO rules this year. _________________ http://www.youtube.com/Tahnee2612 |
