I was looking at the requirements for adult interclub (recreation) competition in my province. The two apparatus are ball and ribbon (my favourites...no...wait they're all my favourite Wink ) and we are allowed to do 6 A and B difficulties

so what are some of people's favourite A and B level elements that might be fun to learn?

if you download the code from here: http://www.fig-gymnastics.com/vsite/vnavsite/page/directory/0,10853,5187-188050-205272-nav-list,00.html

se we really are talking about the favorites:

jumps: nr 21, 22
balance: 2 (but it should be done nice), 5
pirouette: 2 B
flexibility: 9A (i really don't get why this is only a A), 20, 26

easy:
jumps: nr 10, 13
balance: 1, 18
pirouette: 1, 2A
flexibility: 31B

Have fun Smile

Hi!

I like waves (simple ones). They are very expressive and quite easy to perform.

elements depend on the music that you choose. For instance, with a classical music, you should make passé pivots and balances, they look so elegant (two rotations in passé are B and look great if they're well performed).

Also, I like simple Illusions (forward ones)... In general, for flexibilities, I'd choose dynamic ones.

And if you want your routine to look difficult and impressive, you can add acrobatic elements (a walkover, for instance) Cool

Also, I'd make some other ballet moves: rond de jambe, pivot in coupé, some little jumps... It depends on what do you like the most, and the choreography that you have in mind Smile

thanks.
I will definately be taking this into account while training.

I havn't decided what kind of choreo/music to use... Something well suited to a beginner I think but not too cutesy 'cause I'm 21 not 12. I also still need aparatus to practice with. When I was in RG before begginers did Rope and Hoop - now it is Ball and Ribbon.
Very Happy

I like the penchée from the floor move! :3 Don't understand why it's only an A, though.
