|

I don't know if a topic like this has been posted before, so feel free to close it if there is.
But I have a competition, a rather important one, coming up next Saturday, and I'd like to get an edge with my Artistic score.
I usually have a pretty high score, but I don't know, I'd like any help with the emotional conveying of the music. I understand that the use of the floor area is important, as is the choreography, but could anyone help me with how I should use expression most effectively with my music?

Ball: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0R99I5Jl-_8
I don't have my ribbon music on my computer, but that's always my highest Artistic score so I think I'm all set.
Any help with the others would be appreciated. |

Yes, maybe upload a video on youtube or something and send a link? seeing it would help. really use ur arms to emphasize the feeling/mood of the music, and show facial expression. My coach always says, the more embarrased you feel during the music, the better you are doing it. also I always try to smile and exaggerate each element..my coaches say that why i get higher scores, lol.(: _________________

My choir director always says, "Body of an athlete, voice of an angel, face of an idiot." |
It's very funny but it sounds definitely appropriate for RG! |

i don't think kanaeva feels embarrassed with her chopin's music
maybe garaeva would feel a bit embarrassed with her oriental ribbon music or the "you can leave your hat on" music but no, i think she gets used to it _________________ the sixth sense |
