For a presentation that I am to do for my class about the gymnastics I would like to show 1 routine. I would prefer a newer video so it is better quality and maybe something with ribbon because the audience loves it. As well I would like something that is not so slow, even though us gymnasts love the beautiful routines like that. But to show my class I would prefer a more upbeat routine with good music. Does anyone have a good video for this? It can be individual or a group but I would like the gymnast to be of high class to really show of the gymnastics!...it can even be a good montage?

thank you!

OK, here's what I recommend:
All Nata Godunko's ribbon routines..they have everything you need;
http://s38.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0GO0RPBR9OWIH3B4DDI933G9LC ( I chose this one because I think it has the best quality)
http://s38.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1WN9SQYNU727V3V8994B3VVCU3
Another one you should consider is Ira Tchachina Ribbon Qualification Athens 2004 - she kind of messed up the AA one Crying or Very sad ; I wanted to post her ribbon in Varna 2004, but the quality is not that good)
The third, but not the last one, would be Anna Bessonova's ribbon routine 2003-2004....Now, there are 3 vids that are just great: her ribbon in Innsbruck 2003, her ribbon in Athens and her ribbon in DCup 2004 (this one has a very upbeat music, this would be most appealing for teenagers Mr. Green )...here you have all 3 of them:
http://s38.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0RX0QQ3M4G8PE0INPV96GXJ938
http://s38.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=19SMQ6OAD0F7E1AGEXG3UNHCYP
http://s50.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0VXS2FFIX1FFK225H3HSHZD523

These are all ribbon routines, but there are, of course, tons of great vids to show with all apparatus Very Happy..As for groups, I think they're hard to watch, especially by a first-timer IMO

thank you everybody. I really enjoy Gudunko ribbon from Aeon cup, Tchachina Aeon 2003 and Anna Bessonova D-Cup. Though still not to find the exact video for this. I really love you for your help so far! Perhaps ribbon is not the correct routine...so if anyone has any other videos of a good demonstration of gymnastics..

thank you!!!
