As much as I'd like to help you, I don't have time for this at the moment. Have you seen the FIG sheets? They have many examples for each apparatus. You can download them from here:
http://www.fedintgym.com/rules/docs/06-code/03-rg/symbolrg0704-f.zip
If you have questions about specific elements, please write them here, and I'll try to help.

ootchy, in here http://rsg.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=14622 Themis made some analyses. One of kabaeva and one ribbon routine from Bessonova. I think it's from portimao, but i'm sure you can find these videos in the video section. Lunacp made a lot of effort to put a lot of videos. And Guillermo also has started with routines uploading. |

thanks alot for explanation , but i want to ask something,
why in the sheet of the ball, the bounce with A gets only 0.2 whenever others the A gives 2 points more , ..is this bounce is only one or it is the seiries of bounces...
and i also want to know how can be handling ,(and it is not written without hands or outsiede the visual feild, this is in the case of hoop)
is this written to take the 0.2 cause she make it in aD element....... |

Some basic elements (for example roll of the ball) have a basic value of 0,1. If you do a roll of the ball with a flexibility difficulty (A), you will get 0,3.
Other basic elements (for example series of bounces, handling, etc) have a basic value of 0,0. If you do a series of bounces with a flexibility difficulty (A), you will get 0,2. If you do handling with a flexibility difficulty (A), you will get 0,2. If you do handling without hands with a flexibility difficulty (A), you will get 0,3.
Please see the "use of apparatus" tables in the COP to learn which basic elements are worth 0,1, and which are worth 0,0.

In the COP, just before the "use of apparatus" tables, it is listed what "handling" is. The page is called "apparatus - technical groups". For the hoop, "handling" is: Swings, circles, figure eights, etc. As far as I can see, "etc" basically means anything that does not belong to any of the other technical groups (also listed on that page). |

Use the same score sheets as apparatus for level 7-10, just leave the D2 section blank. Levels 4-6 do not use score sheets. (For USA) |

Hi Tahnee Thanks so much for your fast response!!
I have question for you-
I have problem transfering the symbols for artistry on the sheet....do they need to be in a special format and where do I find them? |

You mean the D2 symbols?
Here is another word document, you can copy and paste them from this: http://www.sendspace.com/file/5momhj
This is an old table though, so some of the D2 bonuses you can claim here are wrong - just use it for the symbols. _________________ http://www.youtube.com/Tahnee2612 |

Will someone please send me a document of an actual routine? I've never seen one before so I'm just curious to see what an entire routine looks like on paper. _________________ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBZtHAVvslQ |
