It's a split leap with 1/4 turn, in the photo she is passing from front split to side split position. Smile

It's at the end of the routine: http://youtu.be/t_xxGudLZhM?t=3m4s

Johnson 1 on a beam except with an oversplit and, obviously, not on a beam. Very Happy

Haha, that was my first response too, Hoops! My second response was to picture the symbol for it. Too many years of judging? lol On Wall Bash

Perfect?

Actually it is not perfect.
1. The ideea in executing this leap is to bend the trunck, not to lift the leg high up. It is a trunck movement, not a leg one.
2. The folded leg also is not in a good position (in the photo, maybe in reality it was). The heel of folded leg must touch the thigh.

Anyway, IMO a D1 judge can "pay" this leap, but an for E, they shoud deduct at least 0,1.

I must say that you are insane Laughing
Seriously, there's absolutely nothing to deduct from this leap.

The folded leg touched the thigh, we can't see it, but you can see that the leg is moving (up, going to the thigh, or down, coming back from the thigh). Also, this leg high is an excess of amplitude, wich is not sanctionable. She made the trunk bend.

If the gymnast doesn't move her trunk and makes a huge move with her leg, that be a clear sanction, but not in this case.
