In Minsk during World Cup FIG General Secretary informed that the Disciplinary proceedings have been launched for Irina Viner. The hearing will take place on 16th of June. Irina Viner will be presented there with her lawyer and she will be able to defend herself.

Just checking - are you sure the hearings are for Viner and not Irina Deriugina?
I can't find a reason why Viner would have to attend one o.O

Yes, Andre Gueisbuhler informed all the delegations at the meeting that currently there are 3 disciplinary proceedings in the FIG
- concerning judges in Patras that were constantly talking between each other and arranging scores - the Disciplinary meeting has already taken place last week and the decision should be published within a week
- concerning IRINA VINER with all the information which I posted in the first post
- concerning IRINA DERIUGINA whose sanctions have been already released and she made an Appeal already to the FIG within the given time limit. And the case will be then reviewed by Appeal Tribunal.

Wow! The near future of rhythmic gymnastics will indeed be very interesting! But why I.Deriugina is already suspended and I.Viner is not?

Deriugina, Viner, the Patras's judge... Shocked

But what happened right now in RG ????????

I'm not defend Viner, I don't really like her (except for one point : for gave us Batyrchina), so if the FIG decides to do something against Viner, it's probably for a good reason, but since few months, there many many many thing about the RG in a so short time, I don't really like it, and I hope that don't secret anything bigger

but if it's just the triumph of the justice, I haven't anything against Very Happy

No, if I remember, it's Yana who decides to stop (perhaps due to the pressure of Irina)

But one thing is sure, it's when Viner became the Russian head coach she comes from Uzbékistan with Yana (and also Zaripova if I remember well)

Viner and Deriugina were talking together and arranging scores?
I find that astonishing.
There is a 3rd one?

The case about judges from Patras has nothing to do with Deriugina or Viner. Those judges are judges from Azerbaijan, Israel etc who received yellow cards for arranging scores in Patras.
However, for what Irina Deriugina received her sanctions and why Irina Viner will have her disciplinary commission remains a secret
