Ok, then now the flexibility fouettes Very Happy

the base is 0.20 (fixed point)

And you can add the following points to the base:
+ 0.30
+ passing from one split position to another split position, or ring, moving with
different shapes and level of the leg without rotation of the trunk « temps fouette » (the English Code has an error in translation)

+ 0.40
+ passing from one split position to another split position, or ring, moving, with
different shapes and level of the leg + rotation of the trunk « temps fouette »

+ 0,20
+ passing from a split position to a position with leg horizontal, moving with different shapes and level of the leg with or without rotation of the trunk (or vice versa) « temps fouette »

+ 0,10
+ for each additional leg swing (for « temps fouette ») (the difficulty may have a
maximum of 4 leg swings in total

now the video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dq1OOZ6j-Ok
1:18
She has back split+side split+ring
I.e. passing from a split to another split with rotation of the trunk - 0.40 AND ring (additional leg swing) - 0.10, thus : 0.20(base)+0.40+0.10=0.70

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJdoyh5G7gU
1:38
ring+split+ring
I.e. passing from a ring to split with rotation of the trunk - 0.40 AND
ring (additional swing) - 0.10 = 0.70

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTJlJGQPsMo
1:32
I.e. passing from a split to another split without rotation of the trunk - 0.30 + additional swing in ring 0.10 = 0.60

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFr_zsq4nHY
0:43
Interesting example: She writes 0.70 for this difficulty in her form
Passing from a split to another split with rotation +0.40
but the additional swing is attitude! which must be a split or ring.

That looks like a Ronde balance. I'm not too good at finding the values for those.

I am not 100% sure but i am guessing that the value would be 0.8

1) high side without help - 0.3 base
2) Ring without help - change of direction and shape
3) high side without help
4) ring without help
0.3 for base and 0.5 for fouette.

I dont know if there is a bonus for 4 heel supports or not.

Also another quick question, for the fouette balance they need:

minimum 3 times heel support, with changing the shape and/or the
level and/or the direction of the gymnast = +0.5

to be classed as change of direction does there have to be at least 1/2 turn of the body or would 1/4 turn be sufficient enough?

for example;

1) horziontal balance to front
2) attitude (with only heel support no turn)
3) passe balance (with 1/4 turn of body)

would the value of this be 0.2 for base + 0.5 for fouette = 0.7

I never figured out how to evaluate 0:28-0:31. does it count as one or two difficulties?

One. It's a pivot. 360 Degree Horizontal pivot, changing to 360 Degree Penchee = 0.9

The first element has to be done on releve; the penché is a flexibility and can be done on flat foot, but the whole element is a pivot and I have no idea why... Mr. Green

It's a combination... Remember the Split Leap (With Ring) Where the Gymnast fixes Ring balance as she lands? That's a combination, but classes as a Leap because that's the first element performed. I guess its the same.

Thanks for the explanation; I did not know that these combinations are classified according the first element performed... Wink
