In this season, I am quite fed up with ALL '95 seniors ribbon techniques. Like someone already commented, ribbon dies within 2 m already. No more snakes but worms. Only throws & catches ribbon wand without any ribbon shape/with fast fading shape. Confused

Miteva ribbon

May I ask, how much time is needed to brushup those skills for gymnast generally? A season ? How does it affects in penalty?

Thank you in advance!

A gymnast generally needs a season and in some cases just a months

In the COP doesn't says about how many ribbon shapes are countables
