And can I do 2 composite pivots, which share one pivot but which have the other one different?
Thanks |
Yes and yes. From what I know, you can reuse each single shape twice. _________________ http://www.youtube.com/Tahnee2612 |

Concerning repetition of multiply pivot. You can repeat the form once more having used it.
Example :
Pivot in cossack to pivot with back split (like Kurilskaya did in the best)
Having used it in the past, you can repeat :
1) form of cossack pivot - either isolated or in a new combination (new multiply pivot or mix difficulty from the COP, like Weber's leap to cossack pivot, or Inguildeeva's cossack pivot to cossack balance). However, you can chosse only ONE possibility out of these mentioned.
2) You can repeat pivot in backsplit - either isolated or in a new combination.
You can repeat fouette as long as you have DIFFERENT shapes
1) fouette with leg in passe (like Guimatove)
2) fouette with leg aside (like Maksymenko did in a group of Ukraine, or like Spain group did)
3) fouette with attitude position (like Kikkas), etc
Concerning slow turns, they are not considered ROTATION elements (there is a note btw in the COP about it). Therefore, their value is canceled totaly in case the gymnast does not complete the degrees. The norm of downgrade of degrees concerns only pivots and flexibilities with rotations (back scale pivots, tounneau, illusions, penche rotations) _________________ Ridentem dicere verum quid vetat

I agree that you can use 1) and 2), or 1) and 3), in the same routine. But are you sure that you can use 2) and 3) in the same routine?
The symbol is the same, and there is no information in the COP that the different shapes possible in 48B/D/F are considered different difficulties. For the regular pivots with the leg front/side, sharing the same difficulty number (i.e. 5C), this is specified. Actually, there are two questions:
1) Can you repeat the identical symbol, but with different values, as long as the shapes are different? I.e. 48BB, 48BEE, etc?
2) If yes, can you also repeat the same value, i.e. 44BB with attitude, 44BB with leg horizontal to the side?
The exact same question is valid for the "temps fouetté" flexibilities:
1) Can you repeat the identical symbol, as long as the shapes performed are different?
2) If yes, can you also repeat the same value? I.e. 10E twice in the same routine, once with attitude and leg front, once with arabesque and leg side? |

Yes, you can do that, but no more Passe in a third pivot, not even in a third single passe pivot |

If I do combinated pivot, get I 0.10 points for combinating as last year??
For ex.: I do 360 in horizontal and 720 in passe
0.3+0.3=0.6 or 0.3+0.3+0.1=0.7?
Thanks in advance |

Hi Anyen93
If you do this piruet you get:
(0.30+0.30)+0.10 for the combination like it was before. So your piruet is 0.70!!
Best regards |

At 16... Its a flexibility... And its from 2008, (The value would have been 0.9 I believe? There is 3 rotations. 0.5 for the first, + 0.2 for each extra rotation)... But in this COP I think it is 1.0? 0.6 for the first rotation, + 0.2 for the extra rotations...
The next one... 360 Degree Arabesque, + 360 Degree Attitude, + 1080 Degree Passe? In the old COP... 0.2 for the Arabesque, 0.1 for the change, 0.2 for the Attitude, 0.1 for the change, 0.1 for the first rotation in Passe, 0.2 for each of the extra two... So... 1.1? Wow! I dont know if that is correct...
In the new COP... 0.3 for the Arabesque, 0.1 for the change, 0.3 for the Attitude, 0.1 for the change, 0.1 for the first rotation in Passe, 0.2 for each of the extra two... So 1.3? _________________ Anna's The Real Olympic Champion! |

Shape pivots are quite good but, IMO, there's not enough relevè. |
