Some tips:
-When doing a balance, first do it on flat foot, then into releve (on your tip toes)
-when in releve, keep your weight/balance on your toe. It has the most power.
-to improve back flexibility, go into a bridge and try to "sit", push ur butt to ur head. it really helps.
-do overtoes. sir on the floor with ur knees bent to ur chest. place ur hands next or behind u, and flip your toes, to ur balancing on ur toes. this will help u curve ur feet.
-when doing balanced or turs or whatever, always make sure ur feet are tured out. ur heels are gonne b in and ut toes out.
-always point ur toes.
I'd take you more seriously if you were actually using words as opposed to letters -_-
I seriously didn't understand half of what she was saying.
I don't understand people who use 'u' and 'ur' instead of you and you're/your. Or 'b' and 'y'. Those aren't words. They're letters.
I understand and I CAN write like a normal person. Don't you have a cell phone? I highly doubt you write down every thing word for word. I'm sure you know that "u" can mean you, and "b", be. I also did not proofread the text I had sent out, due to the fact that I was called while writing the text. Now, if you do not understand my words, then I will re-write so you can comprehend my writing, but you should know that the author was ASKING help, so I was not required to answer, but if you have a problem with this, then maybe just don't read it next time? I'm sure you have a cell-phone or know a person that obtains one, and I think you should be able to read. But if you cannot, then I am sorry I have wasted your time, but maybe next time you should learn text language? You surely don't see people always using perfect grammar when in the store or something. |

You all need to drop the grammar thing. Especially you, AleksandraFan. This is the second time. You should know by now that this is an open forum with many international users. Also, I am sure this isn't the only time in the history of this forum that someone has used abbreviations or bad grammar. I'm sure many people have noticed but no one else goes picking on others for it.
To be frank, no one gives a crap about your obsessiveness over grammar (which by the way, you're incorrect in your usage of the term). You're not the only one who likes to type correctly but you seem to be the only one who wants a cookie for it.
Hoops and Grand Fouettes and AleksandraFan- If you didn't understand what she wrote, then that's your own problem. I, whose third language was English, understood her perfectly. There's no need to pretend that you don't just so you can pick on her. Take into consideration her age; it's like picking on a five year old who doesn't know the difference between 'eye' and 'I'.

You took it there........no one said you can't have your own opinion but I'm sure you're old enough to know what you should keep to yourself.
Moderators, I'd like to propose a rule that prohibits users from criticizing other users' grammar. _________________ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBZtHAVvslQ |

whoever is in this thing, chill... perhaps AleksandraFan just had a bad day or maybe her hormone level went up... we all have our bad times, there's no need to make everyone upset just because of a minor issue that is not even related to our sports.
let's make this a better place again. have a nice day _________________ the sixth sense |

Have anyone tried the Sasaki panty girdle (not sure about the English translation, so I post a photo of it)?
I was thinking about buying one... I already have a panty girdle but it isn't very good, when I perform exercises like walkovers or cartwheeles it raises, and this is very disturbing! So I would like a panty girdle that keeps still. |
I have this exact back warmer; it's excellent. I love it. _________________ My youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/xxJodelleFerlandxx?feature=mhee

Now I have it too! Yes, it's very good, even if I wish it was more close-fitting, in order not to move and to prevent the movement of the shirt (but maybe I just could solve by buying a smaller size). |

Does anyone know any excersizes targeting inner thighs and hips/outer thighs? My calfs are perfectly fine but unfortunately my thighs just break the line and I'm sick of it. _________________ "What gives me confidence is the fact that everyone gets insecure" - Andrew Garfield |
