From memory, extreme refers to a position that may be dangerous for the gymnast to hold for a long time, or a position that may shock the audience.

Generally, each extra rotation is worth the same as the base value. So attitude pivot, 360 is 0.3, 720 is 0.6, 1080 is 0.9 etc.. For ring pivot, 360 is 0.4, 720 is 0.8, 1080 is 1.2...

Fouettes are different though, they only increase by 0.2 per extra rotation. Bent leg starts at 0.2, horizontal leg starts at 0.3.

Risk base: 0.3
Extra rotation: 0.2
Change of axis: 0.1
Change of level: 0.1
Catch on the floor: 0.1
Catch without hands: 0.1

= 0.9

The first one is 0.6 yes.
Risk: 0.3
Catch without hands: 0.1
Catch without sight: 0.2

The second one, yes it's fine to do chaines. And the handstand is part of a rotation, so it is a risk, and I'm fairly it would've been counted.

Risk: 0.3
Change of axis: 0.1
Catch without hands: 0.1
Catch without sight: 0.2

= 0.7
