Okay, this absolutely cracks me up how you in Europe call it football.
It's only soccer to me Smile
But my favorite soccer team in the US is the Revolution.

Ohh what a beautiful football day. The German football women won against the Netherlands today with 5:0 and the men just played against Azerbaijan with 3:1 Bounce. Both teams on one day - that's too much for me Mr. Green.

The woman's football world championship can come in 20 days!!!!!!!! Germany, the World Champion 2003! 2007! 2011?!

@Ana

Sorry Analein, but Michael Ballack career ends in the German national football team. Now!! Jogi Löw has said today that he needs him not more. Ballack wants no testimonial match, according to some medias. He offered him the game Brazil-Germany on 10. August.

Sad .

I love him, but honestly it was about time, Germany doesn´t needs him anymore, part of me wishes he would retire right now, I would hate to see him just vanishing into retirement without any further glory (I think that is what´s happening), but on the other hand he´s too hot to not watch him playing ever again Blub Blub Blub Blub

really, he needs to be cloned! Laughing Love

Michi, are you going to attend a match of the women´s football world cup??

I thought if I go to a game in Frankfurt, but I'm not really such a big football fan. TV is enough for me.

About Ballack: There was/is great anger around his expulsion... bad blood. Therefore he wants no testimonial match.

Ballack says Löw said in April he is still in the team and the captain. Now Löw said in public that he had Ballack said in April that he isn't not more in the team, he must go.
Ballack wanted to say, that HE GOES HIMSELF and not that HE MUST GO, says Löw and gave him two months for this, but now Ballack has waited two months and said nothing. This is long enough said Löw and said it in public. Now Ballack says, that Löw is a liar and Löw says that he stands to his words.

In a survey by the biggest newspaper (BILD) in Germany believe 50.44% Löw and 49.56% Ballack Rolling Eyes. Well I belive Löw, too.

Hope you understand what I write, because I get confused myself a little bit - sh.. english Laughing.

Yeah after 10 minutes the first goal for Germany against Canada Razz.

Edit:
Germany won 2:1 against Canada. Germany with many many chances and only two goals. Canada with only one good chance in the second half -a free kick- and a goal.

France against Nigera 1:0
