Only 30 sec. and i don't understand Russian but i'm sure i understand I.Viner saying-Kanaeva,Kondakova,Dmiterva,Merkulova.in this order ! |
Viner told that Evgenia fell ill. And they will look to participate her or not. |
Pity |
Oh no! I guess it's not a surprise though; she's probably a bit overworked and overstressed and probably really needs a rest. Will Merkulova or Mamun take her spot IC if she can't compete? Or will they just leave it? |
I hope Merkulova will be IC but i think that the 3 spots must include Kaneava,or maybe it's not by names,I don't know... |
That's what I thought too. I guess we'll see what happens. But if she needs rest, I really hope they'll let her. |
Sure ! |

I don't understand why there should be a debate concerning Dasha K place at OG, list isn't nominative? |

No,don't you remember Sesina&Kapranova story..
Anyway, this competition is too early for Kondakova to show her best, right after her injury and too early(for her tempo!),
I belive that after th EC it will be confirm. |

Kanaeva is the nominated 3rd spot of Rus, if she is absent, Rus max. 2 gymnasts IN-competition WC. Anyways, Merkulova still compete no matter OC or In-Competition in Penza.
"ill" or "injury" are horrible words to hear in 100days to OG. I wish ALL gymnasts the best, please take Extra GOOD CARE!! |

I'd rather hear 'ill' than 'injured'. If she has the flu or a cold she'll be back to normal in two weeks max, if she were injured, it could take her out of the OG. So better her be ill and rest than overwork herself and end up with an overuse injury. at least in my opinion _________________ My youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/xxJodelleFerlandxx?feature=mhee

I remember older story Kabaeva-Tchashina the OG-2004 cycle. The early season, Kabaeva was FREE of competitions for "reason of some injuries", Tchashina, of course beared injuries of her left foot, was sent consecutively & frequently until to OG I hope Kondakova will not need to face this special "treat" |

Looking the other way, Kanaeva maybe began to take advantage of free competitions until OG. |

Ok thanks, I've always though the inverse
Well I also hope that Dasha's injury and shaded recent results won't handicap her, but even though Viner prefers Merkulova and probably Dmitrieva to her, I don't think that she will make the mistake not taking her to OG
Let's hope she'll recover soon! |

I really hope that Rus RG management can read this thread! Let them know we read history, we remember what happened, don't let un-glory history repeats itself! We pursue to see FAIR & GOOD fighting among gymnasts in OG. |

Just read, quote from Viner, one more injury of Rus gymnast, Nazarenko(in National Group), the gymnast who play the kick of hoop with ribbons. She got injury on foot, described something like Ultiayeva's case.
Gymnasts, PLEASE TAKE CARE!! please get on time to recover!! |

OMG, too bad for Russia's group! Nazarenko was very good, maybe she was the best gymnast (and the most expert) in Russian group! So many injures in Russia's group: at the end of the last year Pichuzhkina, later Dudkina and now Nazarenko! I think it's happening because Viner is demanding a lot to these gymnasts... |

Oh I'm so sad for Nastia and the group She's been there since 2010 which in Russia group is quite a long time.. When Pichuzhkina had to leave I felt the girl you could always count on left.. And in 3+2 Anastasia did that "throw-lift-catch" collaboration too. Best wishes and health for all of them! Belarus and Italy are very strong this year.. Rus girls need to be too - both mentally and physically. _________________ Passion for Motion: www.facebook.com/PassionForMotion

+1, she really seems to be very (too much) requiring to them, hope Nastya'll recover soon, she's really one of the best member of the team! |
