Germany with a deserved win (4:2) against Greece in the semifinals. Next opponent: England or Italy. Not easy.

I'm rooting for everyone except for Portugal.

They aren't the strongest among the four so my money is not on them to win.

I think the rankings based on performance are-
1. Germany
2. Spain
3. Italy, Portugal

Spain moves into the final after penalties. Deserves? In any case, they have made the most goals...

I'm so happy. Bounce

From the last half that I saw, Spain definitely dominated even though they do overdo things a lot. Often when they are on an attack they send it back a little allowing the opponent's defense to return and mark....... Rolling Eyes Well at least I can breathe now.

I betted in a tipping contest at work, and with my zero knowledge of soccer, I am surprisingly in the lead. However today the gap with the runner-up has narrowed to only a point margin. We both betted on a final Spain-Germany (and I opted Spain as winner), but as far as I see now, the final has become really far away from Germany in its match versus Italy.... Yet, my "rival" voted Germany as winner of the whole tournament, so I still have a realistic chance to win the prize money, hehehe Razz.

I honestly thought Germany would win. Good effort from Neuer in the end though.
Congratulations Italy!
