Ooohhh... reaally? This should be interesting.
But, I suppose when you take, you have to give a little back haha
Also, Tahnee.. is it for sure that words are still allowed? The update point only shows that they deleted the 2013 WChs note.. but nothing about the section afterwards, which is what says that words are allowed. _________________ Tumblr |

Good point, it's a little unclear... I am assuming you can still use words based on them only removing the section regarding a decision being made after Worlds 2013, but not completely sure. _________________ http://www.youtube.com/Tahnee2612 |

Hi, I have a question regarding slow turn changes
Based on the amended version effective in 2015:
1.9.2.2. Slow turn: (1st point)
-It is possible to perform one slow turn on
“relevé” or on flat foot. The value of the balance
is determined by adding 0.10 point for flat foot /
0.20 point for “relevé” to the base value of the
Balance for 180 degree slow turn or more…
What is exactly the BASE VALUE of the balance, the one on "releve" or the reduced one on flat foot?
Example : ring balance =0.3 (in the value table)
If i want to do a slow turn on flat foot, do I add 0.1 to the balance on releve, which is 0.3 or do I add 0.1 to the value of the balance on flat foot which is 0.2?
If you know the answer, please provide the pages from COP containing the answer.
Thanks |

this is kind of wrong topic but can anybody help me find a video clips of any gymnast who did or do these
all are in jump/leap difficulties
Butterly leap 0.5 DV
I saw on the wiki that they told it's similar to the switch leap that Tchachina always did and the one that Kanaeva always performed during her hoop routine. But I never saw the real Butterfly leap.
“Entrelace” 0.5 DV
And "Fouette" (jump and leap) 0.5 DV
not need to be well executed but just want to see how they look like in real motion
and are there other names or casual names of these elements??? _________________ Sessina ♥ Kanaeva ♥ Dmitrieva ♥ Mamun ♥ Mazur |

I have a question about Masteries: in the new version of the CoP a part about Masteries was removed (the part in blue on the left):
Does this mean that in 2015 it won't be possible to perform two different Mastery elements if they both have the same basis (for example, two Masteries with roll of the ball)? |

I'm not sure but I think that the combination of base+criteria have to be different, for example you can do a mastery with roll of the ball (without hands, out of visual field) AND another mastery with roll of the ball (rotation, out of visual field). But you can't do 2 times the same combination of base+criteria, both fundamental or other technical groups. _________________ Go Golden Butterflies!! |
