Thank you for keeping us posted Hoops and Grand Fouettes!
Laura struggled a bit on Day 2 of Prelims, but I think it might have been just nerves.
Griskenas really impressed me. I'd love to see more of her. _________________ Mamum * Zeng * Pazhava * Veinberg Filanovsky |

Laura Zeng, whew, 18's and very polished! Leading by 1.00pt on lot of apparatus. Camilla Feeley has raised her game to 2nd and same same Serena Lu, now 3rd. Nastasya Generalova, consistent, solid as ever. Aliya Protto also very nice. Just saw Evita Griskenas ribbon and lovely. They run 8-routines and think they take the best 4-scores (correct me plz on that). Comes down to little the errors on deciding who makes the 8-gymnasts for national team...
Becca Sereda is doing commentary and learning a lot from her:))) |

Excellent job by everyone! The lifestream was great as well. The US program has seriously stepped up their program in the past 10 years and really picked it up the last quad. Great job! |

I so love watching US RG championship - it's rather refreshing.
It seems to me that the US school of gymnastics gives premium on good choreography and story. Music choices are also really good. |

Too bad Kerber retired, she did exciting work. Though I was a bit unnerved how cool she was in the ceremonies.
