hello everybody!
I am a big fan of rhythmic gymnastics, but i have one big promblam:
I do not almost nothing about the cop!!! Embarassed
lets start with that, that i dont really know the names of the elements, bisides basical balances and leaps and pivots... so, I have a few pictures of elements, and i wonder if you can tell me their names... and buy the way, what is illusion?

Actually, that's a double ring jump with take-off from both feet (probably). You also have ring leaps (only one leg makes a ring), ring jumps with deep backbend (head touches thigh) etc.

The 1st of Cervenkova is a double stag leap, the 2nd of Paisieva is a ring leap with deep backbend of the trunk (as anjie mentioned before) and 3rd of Tchachina is a straddle jump Wink

Some of these elements have "casual" names like "Timoshenko", etc. Some elements have different "casual" names in different countries, such as double ring leap, doughnut jump, sheep jump, etc. For the official names, you should check the FIG code of points, available on the FIG website (www.fig-gymnastics.com(
